Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems and equipment.
- Run and terminate Cat5/Cat6 cabling, perform punchdowns, and handle low-voltage wiring.
- Troubleshoot and fix connectivity issues.
- Configure and set up cable/network devices.
- Work with team members to ensure smooth network operations.
- Provide support to users and resolve technical problems.
- Keep accurate records of equipment and service work.
- Follow safety guidelines and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
- Hands-on experience with cable installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, cabling, and network systems.
- Familiarity with VoIP, PBX, and basic network protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
