Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting healthcare-related projects, analyzing data systems, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical systems, and will thrive in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide insights and recommendations for technical projects.

Develop and produce detailed reports for management, operations, and ongoing projects.

Address user concerns by offering application support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving errors efficiently.

Assist in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new software features, modules, and system updates.

Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and system functionality.

Collaborate with the Help Center team to research and resolve technical support tickets.

Conduct training sessions and ensure smooth implementation of software updates and new systems.

Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding patient privacy and organizational policies.

Communicate effectively across departments to ensure clarity, understanding, and confidentiality.

Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to enhance satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems creatively.

Proficiency in writing queries and developing reports

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements.
