Clinical Operations Business Analyst
Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Business Analyst to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with clinical staff, leadership, and IT professionals to analyze, optimize, and enhance clinical processes. Your primary goal will be to improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for analyzing data, streamlining workflows, and implementing technology solutions to meet both clinical and business needs.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Clinical Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical workflows, patient care processes, and regulatory standards.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).
Certifications:
  • Certification in Healthcare Management, Project Management (PMP), or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
