RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking an Associate UX Researcher to join their growing Innovation & Strategy team.

Summary:
In this role, you'll support experienced researchers by planning, scheduling, and recruiting participants for a variety of UX research projects. With a strong foundation in design thinking and Agile methodologies, you will help streamline research operations and uncover insights that improve our product, digital, web, and service experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to drive process efficiencies while maintaining compliance and thorough documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience supporting UX research or design teams (internships or academic research experience also considered)
* Experience with participant recruitment and research scheduling
* Understanding of design thinking and Agile development processes
* Familiarity with UX research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and research platforms such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
