RE::Project Manager Location::Hybrid(Titusville,NJ)(Locals Only) Duration::12+months Visa::H1, , and Citizens
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional digital projects supporting the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions group.
Manage and coordinate all workstreams related to digital product solutions from strategy development through execution.
Collaborate with external consulting partners (e.g., Deloitte) and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify, track, and communicate project risks, critical path items, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and status reports using appropriate project management tools.
Ensure adherence to compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards applicable to digital solutions in the pharma domain.
Provide clear communication and updates to leadership, including project status, roadblocks, and mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and tools within the team.
Qualifications:
.Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (Master s preferred).
.PMP certification required.
.10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendor relationships.
.Solid understanding of patient engagement technologies, digital platforms, and regulated environments.
.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
.Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence).
Preferred Skills:
.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
.Experience working within large matrixed organizations.
.Understanding of compliance and data privacy within pharmaceutical digital solutions.
.Prior experience supporting digital transformation initiatives at a top-tier pharma company.
