Role & Responsibilities:
Business Process Management & Optimization:
o Analyze, document, and refine business processes to improve ERP efficiency and usability.
o Develop and maintain workflow automation and system enhancements.
Application & System Integration:
o Design, implement, and maintain integrations between primary ERP systems and third-party applications.
o Ensure seamless data exchange and process synchronization across all supported platforms.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management:
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, integrations, and business processes.
o Serve as the SME team for the portfolio of ERP and third-party applications under management.
Technical SME & Requirements Gathering
o Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Infor CloudSuite development and integrations.
o Participate in business requirements gathering, providing technical guidance and feasibility assessments.
o Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Workflow Automation
o Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes across key ERP functions.
o Optimize existing workflows for improved efficiency and process visibility.
o Utilize Infor Process Automation (IPA), ION Desk, and Async for workflow management.
