RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently seeking a Senior IT Analyst with strong Business Analyst experience to join our team in Draper, UT. In this key role, you'll lead critical initiatives, mentor other analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions that support both current operations and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and support junior business analysts, contributing to their professional development
* Lead complex, high-impact projects from planning through execution
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while resolving challenges quickly
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business goals
* Conduct detailed analysis of user needs to shape system and process improvements
* Apply proven business analysis methodologies to design scalable, high-performing solutions
* Document functional and system requirements with clarity and precision
* Engage business stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and validate deliverables
* Identify and recommend tools or services to enhance business efficiency and scalability
* Ensure timely, high-quality execution of all assigned initiatives
* Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting demands
Secondary Duties:
* Uphold Kforce's commitment to ethical conduct, financial responsibility, and client satisfaction
* Serve as a resource for others by sharing knowledge and aligning systems with company strategy
* Recommend improvements that streamline operations and ensure compliance with internal policies
* Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency initiatives while supporting company growth
* Manage relationships with vendors related to your areas of responsibility
* Evaluate and improve business processes based on data insights and stakeholder feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-4 years of business analysis or relevant experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation abilities
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or similar platforms
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
* A desire to learn and grow your skills within a structured team setting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
