Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a regulatory space focused on capture and archival of eCommunication (Email, Instant Messaging/Chat, SMS Text, etc.).
- Experience working with and implementing products such as Smarsh/Vantage, ZL and ThetaLake (experience with other Regulatory Archive and Surveillance tools also considered).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and automation using API's.
- Data analytics using multiple data sources.
- Experience writing change/implementation/testing documentation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Infrastructure Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Infrastructure Engineering deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Infrastructure Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Infrastructure Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
