Job Details

This is a part-time, onsite position in San Diego, CA, and no relocation or travel expenses are provided.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to introduce employees to Microsoft Copilot features within Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Develop and deliver engaging instructional materials, including quick reference guides, video tutorials, and interactive learning exercises tailored to varying skill levels.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify specific use cases for Copilot integration, ensuring training is relevant to daily workflows and business objectives.
- Demonstrate practical, real-world applications of Copilot to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance document quality.
- Provide post-training support, including answering user questions, troubleshooting common issues, and offering re sessions as needed.
- Monitor adoption rates and gather feedback to refine training content and delivery methods.
- Stay up to date with new Copilot updates and capabilities, incorporating them into future training initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience delivering technology training in a corporate environment, preferably on Microsoft 365 or similar productivity tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced features and real-world business applications.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical instructions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles.
- Experience creating instructional content in multiple formats (written, visual, and interactive).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate user challenges and proactively address them.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
