Project Coordinator Financial Oversight and reporting ( 1 Open position)

  • Clarity (Budget management tool) Reporting experience preferred
  • Oversee and manage the budget for a large portfolio of projects
  • Develop and maintain custom financial reports to provide insights into budget performance and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to address any financial concerns and provide guidance on budget-related issues.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and relevant financial tools to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with individuals and teams to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
  • Prepare and present financial updates to leadership team
