Overview

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can bridge business needs with platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is skilled at managing configurations, automations, and data quality while supporting a rapidly growing sales and service organization. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce environment runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Build and manage Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts to streamline user workflows.
• Support user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access.
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation, and periodic audits.
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in release management, sandbox testing, and UAT coordination.
• Partner with developers to support complex integrations and troubleshoot automation or data issues.
• Serve as the go-to Salesforce resource for training, troubleshooting, and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Flows, validation rules, and process automations.
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud fundamentals (Service Cloud exposure a plus).
• Strong reporting and dashboard building skills.
• Understanding of data models, sharing rules, and security best practices.
• Experience with change management and deployment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification (required or in progress).
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.
• Exposure to Platform Events, CDC, or integration concepts.
• Experience in Fintech or other fast-paced, high-volume data environments.
