Job Details
Our client is seeking the services of an experienced Program Manager.
This position can be 100% remote for the right client.
- Experience in managing information technology projects.
- Experience managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT projects using the Project Management Institutes’ current Project Management Body of Knowledge
- Experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.
- Experience with facilitating meetings.
- Experience documenting process flows.
- Experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology.
- Experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
- Coordinate with the Department’s management team to develop and deliver appropriate training to the Department’s end users
- Ability to map business processes, use cases, tasks, and workflows.
- Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflows, and other activities relating to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Skilled with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and familiar with business analyst software tools.
