Senior .NET Developer
Columbus OH, Onsite Interview required
Primary Objective:
MHAS is seeking a skilled Solution Architect / Senior .NET Developer to refactor and modernize a custom-built Human Resources software suite, hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, experience working in Azure environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR professionals and stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) applications/processes
- Familiarity with Ohio's ERP system (OAKS)
- Experience working on interfaces to ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Refactor and enhance existing HR applications built on .NET/C# hosted in Azure
- Work closely with HR teams and understand HR-related business functions and terminology
- Design robust, scalable solutions aligned with IT architecture standards
- Participate in creating and executing test plans, debugging, and deployment using Azure pipelines
- Write clean, efficient code and ensure alignment with agency coding standards
- Support user acceptance testing and production deployment
- Utilize Azure services including App Services, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions
- Ensure timely documentation and communication with stakeholders
