Role : Level 1 Service Desk
Location : Memphis Southwind, TN
Duration : 6 Months
Working Hours: M-F 8-5 potentially weekends
Job Requirements:
Bilingual candidate English + Spanish.
Provides technical support and incident management to users of IT systems and peripheral equipment company wide.
The ITSD analyst is responsible for resolving as well as receiving, logging, handling, escalating, and documenting any IT incidents involving hardware, software, applications, or products on the IT standards list.
The analyst resolves as many IT incidents as appropriate: such first-call resolution minimizes the impact of IT problems on the business and increases personal productivity for customers.
