Pay & Schedule:
- $24-$35/hr (based on experience)
- Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance (PM) on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Assist operators with maintenance requests and equipment setup for production
- Execute equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, and fabrication as needed
- Order, install, and manage replacement parts inventory
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to PM schedules
- Train and mentor other technicians to foster a proactive maintenance environment
- Ensure a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols (lock-out/tag-out, HazCom, OSHA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience with inserters, conveyors, bowes, forklifts, or press equipment preferred
- Knowledge of predictive/productive maintenance programs and PM systems
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring team members
- Ability to run air lines, conduit, and wiring for new or relocated equipment
- Comfortable performing physical duties, working independently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
