Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect with strong hands-on expertise in core banking systems, specifically Systematics SI modules. The role requires deep experience in quality engineering, test architecture, automation, and Test Data Management (TDM) within large-scale, regulatory-driven banking environments.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing strategy, design enterprise-grade test architectures, and drive continuous testing across high-volume banking systems.

  • Define and lead enterprise-level testing strategy for complex core banking programs

  • Design test architectures for functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing

  • Establish best practices in quality engineering, automation, and continuous testing

< data-start=1292 data-end=1342>2. Core Banking Expertise – Systematics SI</>

  • Hands-on experience with Systematics SI core banking modules, including:

    • IMPACS – Deposits & Transaction Processing

    • ST (Savings & Time Deposits)

    • RM (Relationship Management)

    • Other modules such as Loans, CIF, Teller, Payments

  • Translate banking workflows, transaction flows, and regulatory requirements into effective test strategies and scenarios

  • Strong hands-on experience with Test Data Management using virtualization tools (e.g., Delphix)

  • Build and maintain golden copy test beds

  • Create data subsets and manage data refresh cycles to support continuous testing

  • Architect and govern enterprise automation frameworks for:

    • UI testing

    • API testing

    • Backend and batch testing

  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

  • Evaluate and implement modern automation tools to improve test coverage, speed, and maintainability

  • 8–12+ years of QA / Test Architecture experience in banking domain

  • Deep expertise in core banking systems, especially Systematics SI

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Deposits and retail banking products

    • Payments and transaction posting

    • Customer Information Systems (CIF)

    • Regulatory and compliance-driven testing

  • Experience working in high-volume, mission-critical banking environments
