Job Details
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Excellent business communication, presentation skills, strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments and external resources to translate business needs to technical requirements and designs.
- Ability to produce documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing.
- Ability to facilitate business and technical analysis meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with projects in a program environment (i.e., multiple interrelated and coordinated projects) led by a Program/Project Manager.
- Experience working with software/hardware vendors.
- Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education or Early Learning is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile methodology is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Client's Early Learning Coalitions is preferred.
