Job Title: Sitecore Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sitecore Architect to design and lead the implementation of Sitecore-based digital solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of business needs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Sitecore-based solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers.
Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as Marketo, analytics platforms, and search engines.
Oversee Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
Deep knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless architecture.
Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure).
Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker).
Exposure to privacy compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).
