RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Dataiku Developer to help a team transition from Alteryx to Dataiku.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dataiku Developer to facilitate the migration from Alteryx to Dataiku for data preparation, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and analytics strategy at our company. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless transition, optimize processes, and maximize the benefits of the new platform.

Responsibilities:
* Platform Migration: Lead the transition from Alteryx to Dataiku, including assessing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a comprehensive migration plan
* Data Preparation and ETL: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, design efficient workflows, and implement data preparation and ETL processes using Dataiku
* Analytics Strategy Development: Work closely with business units to understand their analytical needs and objectives, and design strategies for leveraging Dataiku to meet those needs effectively
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to users transitioning from Alteryx to Dataiku, ensuring they are proficient in using the new platform and workflows
* Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Dataiku workflows and analytics processes, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement optimizations as needed
* Documentation and Best Practices: Create documentation, guidelines, and best practices for using Dataiku effectively, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams
* Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders, including data analysts, data engineers, business users, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and success of the transition project

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
* Proven experience in data analytics, ETL processes, and data preparation
* Hands-on experience with both Alteryx and Dataiku platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience in project management and leading technology transition projects is a plus
* Familiarity with other data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
