Providing on-site AMS support of as a Marketing & Sales applications.
This role is part of a broader AMS (Application Management Services) engagement, with client with additional L2 and L3 support from our offshore team.
Key responsibilities include:
Functional support for M&S application and business processes, incident resolution and problem management, end user engagement, and cross-team collaboration.
As a Salesforce Developer Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and improve system functionality.
Developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including code comments and design documents.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
