787 Payloads Interior Price and Offerability Engineer

The Payloads Organization within Boeing Commercial Aircraft is seeking 787 Payloads Interior Price and Offerability Engineer to join our 787 Programs teams in Everett, WA.
The Payloads Organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and much of which you don't. The Interiors of the airplane, along with the cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads. We are how our airline customers fulfill their mission and represent their brand and shape how the public experiences flight. Our organization is a fast paced, dynamic environment, which pulls from many engineering backgrounds.
The 787 Payloads Interior design team is seeking a highly capable / high functioning individual to lead our organization as our 787 Payloads Interior Price and Offerability (P&O) Focal.
This position requires the ability to work with stakeholders and lead/influence technical teams to coordinate work and resolve emergent issues. Domestic or international travel may be required.

- Participates in 787 Price and Offerability Board reviews for contractual change requests.
- Gathers engineering impact assessments to determine pricing Offerability for all 787 Payload Interior changes.
- Performs special business case analysis as needed on behalf of the 787 Program leadership team.
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering
- 3+ years experience in design
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years experience in design
- 3D modeling and have good knowledge of drawing release requirements
- Aerospace certification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are a requirement for this position
- Proficient in project management
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Disciplined organizational skills
