Tricentis Tosca Neoload Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tricentis Tosca & NeoLoad Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, particularly in test automation using Tricentis Tosca, as well as performance testing using NeoLoad. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing test automation and performance testing solutions to ensure the quality and scalability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.
Configure and manage test environments within Tricentis Tosca, including setting up test data and test execution parameters.
Conduct performance testing using NeoLoad to evaluate system performance under various conditions and identify performance bottlenecks.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.
Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and performance engineering.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on test automation and performance testing techniques.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tricentis Tosca & NeoLoad Architect or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test automation, and test management.
Experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation scripting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Certified Professional (TTCP) or NeoLoad Certified Professional (NCP) are a plus.
