Oracle applications automation Engineer

Roseland, NJ

Local only3 Days a week in office

Pay Rate: $60/hr W2 or $65/hr C2C

Duration: Long term contract

JD:-

Over 10 years of IT experience as a QA Automation Engineer in software Testing, proficient in Oracle Applications, Client/Server and Web based applications.
Expertise in performing Functional Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing
Design and Implement Test Strategies and Frameworks.
Test automation frameworks, including Page Objects, Keyword Driven, Data Driven, and Hybrid frameworks
Automated Test Scripting: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, LeanFT, Rest Assured, TestNG, ALM etc.
Specific Tool Expertise:
LeanFT: Develop robust and maintainable test automation solutions using LeanFT.
Rest Assured: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and web services using Rest Assured.
UFT: Write automation scripts for manual test cases and maintain sanity and regression suites using UFT.
Selenium Java: Develop automated scripts and frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Develop Test Scripts to implement Features, Test Scenarios and Step Definition for BDD (Behavior Driven Development) using Cucumber (Gherkins format)
Responsible for developing the scripts to support Jenkins (Continuous Integration) of the scripts with the build server
Strong knowledge of SQL, perform Database Testing with SQL and automated Data Validations using JDBC
Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated test cases and report on the results, including analyzing test outcomes and identifying defects.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure test cases and scripts align with project requirements and to facilitate defect resolution.
