Walker Healthforce is seeking a Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience. This is a contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS or other related field
- Five (5) years of project coordinator experience
- Demonstrable organization and self-starter skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; meeting minutes, presentations
- SharePoint experience: this includes creating sites, adding documents and creating workflows.
- MS Powerpoint and Excel experience
- Experience facilitating quality review meetings
- Knowledge of project management best in class practices
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet timelines required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas
- Advanced critical thinking skills demonstrated through problem solving complex business problems
- Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Experience serving as a liaison between business and IT
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Experience with financial reporting
- Experience with BCBSM or another healthcare provider
- Experience with PlanBlue
