Job Title: Digital Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Contract: 12+ Months (Contract to Hire/ Extend)
Summary:
Support is needed across three phases:
1) Migration from Webex to MS Teams w/ NICE vendor call recording integration.
2) Fast Follow genAI transcript capabilities for meeting summarization and action items.
3) Client digital experience on S.com to display post meeting action items and high-level summary.

Summary:
- Critical SWA initiatives on the roadmap do not have adequate product support ranging from discovery, product requirements writing, and product execution across the many stakeholders and domains/platforms across the client.
- This individual, contractor, will lead the WAS Meeting/Telephony initiative.
- Ensuring product requirements are met, roadmap sequenced effectively, product testing, and full initiative rollout has met product/technical requirements.
