Job Details
My client, a leading provider of ERP solutions for manufacturing and industrial sectors, is seeking a SyteLine Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work and occasional travel to client sites.
Role:
As a SyteLine Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering ERP implementations for our manufacturing and industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, configuration, training, and post-go-live support for SyteLine solutions (v9 and above).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for SyteLine implementations
- Configure SyteLine modules such as LCM, Inventory, Shop Floor, Finance, and RBAC
- Collaborate closely with clients as a super user or business analyst to ensure successful onboarding and training
- Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
- Document system processes, user guides, and SOPs
- Work with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement consulting
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in SyteLine ERP implementations
- Proficiency in core modules and business process mapping within SyteLine
- Experience working with Infor customers in manufacturing industry environments
- Knowledge of factor track, mobility, or Burst (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong documentation, client communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of additional modules or functionalities within SyteLine
