Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Full Stack Developer to support a mission-critical financial application that drives key revenue operations for the City. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical professional who excels in Oracle APEX development, complex SQL/PLSQL logic, and data integration for enterprise-level systems.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, enhance, and maintain applications that integrate with the City's Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of browser-based applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle APEX applications supporting financial systems.
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data conversion, migration, and integration processes.
- Create and optimize external tables, indexes, sequences, and complex joins.
- Write and execute ad-hoc SQL queries and shell scripts as needed.
- Optimize SQL/PLSQL performance using tools such as SQL Trace, Explain Plan, indexing strategies, and bulk operations.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Build dynamic, interactive reports using Oracle APEX reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to lead discussions, define requirements, and resolve defects.
