Job Description Seasoned Project Manager with 8 15+ years of experience leading complex IT and business transformation projects. Adept in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with a track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project implementation across all phases.
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and manage project budgets.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and documentation requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams and processes.
Certification Required
  • PMP or PRINCE2 (Required/Highly preferred)
  • CSM/SAFe Scrum Master (Preferred for Agile projects)
  • ITIL Certification (If applicable to service-based environments)
Client/Project-specific compliance needs
  • Background screening & employment verification
  • Adherence to PMO templates, processes, risk logs, and reporting structure
  • Compliance with information security and vendor management policies
  • Must align with onsite/offshore working model as defined by client
