What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Serve as a Data Steward: Act as the primary contact for locating and understanding data sources across NetSuite and its connected platforms. Maintain and document key data structures like item master, customer records, and sales orders.
- Design and Deliver Reports: Build, maintain, and release standardized corporate reports using Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, and SuiteQL to deliver accurate and reliable outputs.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams: Assist various departments with data queries, report extracts, and access support, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed.
- Drive Governance & Compliance: Coordinate master data updates, participate in data audits to identify inconsistencies, and support user access reviews to ensure security and compliance.
- Leverage Modern Tools: Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation to streamline reporting, accelerate data retrieval, and enhance data management efficiency.

Qualifications
Required (Must-Haves):
A minimum of
3 years of professional experience working with NetSuite, specifically in a role focused on reporting, analytics, or FP&A.
Strong command of NetSuite reporting tools, including SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and SuiteQL.
A
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to maintain
data integrity and manage metadata (naming conventions, field definitions, etc.).
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
Prior experience with
NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with
automation tools, workflow scripts, or AI-assisted reporting solutions.
Professional certifications in ERP systems, data analytics, or SQL.
An advanced degree in a related discipline.
