Job Title: SAP CRM Consultant
Location: Dublin, OH
Job Type: Full Time Position

Note:-Client Is open for H1B Transfer who is open for FULLTIME

• Support key business process owners and business leads.
• Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP.
• Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.
• Interact with operations team.
• Requirements clarification and documentation.
• Support end users for functionality related issues and access requests.
• Create/update technical specifications (as needed).
• Support application Testing activities.
• Onsite-Offshore coordination.
• Technical discussions with key stakeholders.
• Interaction with Technical SMEs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication, lead team, etc.
• Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP support, SAP solution architecture in CRM area.
• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP applications in the CRM area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
• Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
