Job Details

The SuccessFactors/SAP Consultant will be responsible for working on Proudction issues,
enhancements and Project requests in the SuccessFactors system. This includes coordination
with business, understanding the pain points, issue resolution within SLA and solution
designing for new processes.
The position is 100% On-site. A commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence with
a focus on the customer is essential. As part of an international renowned organization, the
selected candidate will get a good experience with HR processes and technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolution of business queries and issues within SLA.
Configuration and testing of processes in Employee Central, Employee central time off,
Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding 2.0, Performance
Management and Compensation Management.
Experience working with Replication is a plus.
Experience working in SAP HR/HCM module is a plus.
Any exposure to S/4 HANA is a Plus.
Development and execution of test scripts.
Quality assurance of configured system processes.
Ensuring minimal business impact in case of Production issues.
Support HR Department in day-to-day business operations.
Solution designing and demonstration based on upgraded product features.
Conduct End-user trainings.
Assist with special projects.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience working with HR systems particularly SAP/
SuccessFactors.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central
Time off
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Recruitment &
Onboarding.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Talent modules of SuccessFactors
including Performance & Goals, Compensation Management.
Data transformation and upload for migration from legacy system to SuccessFactors.
Expertise in security and role management of SuccessFactors.
Certification in Employee Central

Classification: General Use

At least 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors with focus on Employee
Central and Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Proficient PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time
constraints.
