Description:
**Hybrid | Austin, TX or Detroit, MI**
We are looking for a Sr .NET/Angular Engineer with strong technical leadership experience to guide cloud migration and modern web development initiatives. You will lead full-stack development projects, moving enterprise applications to Microsoft Azure, and ensure best practices across the entire software lifecycle.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65-$70 W2

Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead for web application development and cloud migration projects
- Architect, design, and implement full-stack solutions using Angular (front-end) and .NET Core (back-end); React experience is a plus
- Configure and deploy microservices on Azure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Drive best practices in authentication, security, and observability
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and DevSecOps
Experience Requirements:
- Experience:
- 8+ years in software development
- 3+ years in a technical lead role
- 2+ years hands-on with Azure Cloud
- Technical Skills:
- .NET Core, Angular, JSON, XML, SOAP
- PostgreSQL, REST APIs, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, SSO
- CI/CD, DevSecOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Kafka, API Management, and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bonus: Experience with React, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot
