Position: Business Analyst -2 positions
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 4-6+ months
Only W2 Consultants
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead conversations with business teams to clarify objectives and priorities for Leak Smarter use cases.
- Requirements Translation: Convert business needs into detailed technical and data requirements for development and analytics teams.
- Documentation: Create clear requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Communication: Ensure proactive updates and transparency between business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to understand data flows and dashboards.
- Knowledge of project management tools and collaboration practices.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and understanding of regulatory or operational nuances.
- Exposure to data analytics or data engineering concepts.
