Position: Epic Tapestry Analyst
Location: Remote 10%
Job Type: Contract to hire (FTE)
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Tapestry Certification (Eligibility & Enrolment and/or Utilization Management required).
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Tapestry Managed Care workflows.
- Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, benefits, and member management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with testing, documentation, and change management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Epic Tapestry modules related to Eligibility, Enrolment, and Utilization Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse workflows and implement system enhancements or optimizations.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
- Support interface integrations between Tapestry and other Epic or third-party systems.
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing for operational teams.
- Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
