Job Details

Position: Epic Tapestry Analyst

Location: Remote 10%

Job Type: Contract to hire (FTE)

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Tapestry Certification (Eligibility & Enrolment and/or Utilization Management required).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Tapestry Managed Care workflows.
  • Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, benefits, and member management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with testing, documentation, and change management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and maintain Epic Tapestry modules related to Eligibility, Enrolment, and Utilization Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse workflows and implement system enhancements or optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
  • Support interface integrations between Tapestry and other Epic or third-party systems.
  • Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing for operational teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
