Overview
Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Program Management Support where you will develop and coordinate facility project documentation and strategic recommendations to support armed forces bases, including programming documents, cost estimates, and validation packages, while ensuring compliance with policies and facilitating project approval, planning, and execution. This opportunity is remote but requests candidates be local to the Washington D.C. or Colorado Springs, CO areas.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage facility project documentation to support US Armed Forces bases and operating locations, including initial programming documents, cost estimates, preliminary design concepts, and coordination to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop Courses of Action using analytical tools, supporting data, and cost estimates to provide strategic basing recommendations. Coordinate, consolidate, and prepare programming documents (DD1391s, cost estimates, Basis of Estimates, vector checks in the Comprehensive Planning Platform, and other supporting materials) for O&M projects at US Armed Forces locations in compliance with policies, UFCs, and procedures, while also providing analysis and recommendations as needed.
- Review, analyze, coordinate, staff, and track project approval request packages using the Higher Headquarters Project Authorization Tool and Emergent Requirement Request SharePoints, including evaluating project requirements, execution methods, alternatives, and cost estimates.
- Support planning, assessment, and development of US Armed Forces projects, collaborating across the armed forces department and with other DoD agencies to advance program goals and mission needs, including the review of planning charette reports and comparative analyses.
- Assist installations with completing project validation documentation to support military construction IPL tool uploads.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience with a broad knowledge of armed forces and DoD corporate processes, and strategic partnerships
- Facilities project execution and oversight experience in DoD
- Specific experience with developing Class 5 estimates.
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.
- Civil Engineer experience in the US Armed Forces highly desired.
