Job Details

Title- SRE engineer with finance

2 days onsite per week (including Tuesdays) in Las Colinas (Irving, TX).

Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Interview will be onsite

Need only local guy and his resume will not be more than 5 pages

As part of the Digital Technology organization, you will be responsible for supporting the CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) & Enterprise Correspondence (EC) systems include multiple components and integrations that require monitoring and tracking. Will help with the process of observability, monitoring, alerting and with other SRE principles. Will interact with various product teams and leadership. Will ensure that things are constantly up and running. Will also ensure that there is monitoring in place to make sure the engineers are well informed. The successful candidate for this role should be able to speak to the metrics including MTTD, MTTR, and availability, and how they contributed to improvements in those areas.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-4 years of Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) experience.
  • Cloud experience - Azure, Terraform, DevOps
  • Kubernetes and AppServices
  • Experience with software development and test automation.
  • Web Development experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
