Technical Support Analyst

Skills:
1 year, Experience working with help request tracking and reporting tools.
3 years, Extensive skill in the use of Microsoft Desktop products including but not limited to Windows 7, Windows 10, SharePoint 2010, Outlook, MS Office Suite
3 years, Skill in the use of troubleshooting and managing and administering wireless devices
3 years, Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups. Strong customer service skills with a customer first attitude.
1 year, Setup and testing of network drops, cable labeling, and physical connectivity checks
1 year, Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling infrastructure, including Ethernet cabling (Cat6/Cat6a) and patch pane
