Job Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML models, especially generative AI technologies like GPT, DALL E, Stable Diffusion, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that leverage generative models to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic AI Solution Design:
Collaborate with business leaders and product managers to identify opportunities for AI. Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures including data pipelines, model frameworks, deployment strategies, and enterprise integration. - Technology Selection & Evaluation:
Research and recommend AI/ML platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML). Choose deployment models (cloud/on-prem/hybrid) based on scalability, performance, and security. - Technical Leadership & Guidance:
Lead data science and engineering teams through the AI/ML lifecycle. Ensure best practices in model development, testing, validation, and deployment. Conduct architectural reviews and provide feedback. - Data Architecture & Management:
Collaborate with data teams to design robust data architectures. Ensure data quality, accessibility, security, and ethical handling for AI/ML models. - Scalability, Performance & Security:
Design AI solutions that are scalable, resilient, and secure. Implement privacy-by-design principles and robust security measures. - Ethical AI & Compliance:
Promote responsible AI practices including fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate technical concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present progress and articulate business value and ROI of AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 10 12 years of experience in AI development and architecture
- Proven expertise in generative AI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines
- Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance
