  • Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, with 1-2 remote flex days.

  • Immediate start! 6 months contract to hire.

  • $38-$46 per hour / 40 hours weekly / W2 only.



The Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day support for multiple clients' IT environments including resolving tickets, patching, troubleshooting, PC deployments, etc. If you love helping people by providing outstanding technical support, you'll thrive in this role! Daily Responsibilities:

  • Resolve a wide range of tickets, i.e., server, application, network, laptops/desktops, configuration of Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, file and print services.

  • Manage incoming tickets and support calls prioritize urgency and beat SLAs to keep clients happy.

  • Perform daily system checks and clean up any discrepancies discovered across multiple clients.

  • Deploy workstations, servers, VPNs, printers, and routers. Install software, troubleshoot issues, and tune systems for peak performance across multiple vendors.

  • Perform data backups, restores and validation tests.

  • Set up accounts, moves, adds, changes to end user permissions.

  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to established SLA's.

  • Manage server patching schedules and keep up to date documentation.

  • Provide friendly, professional onsite and remote support that leaves clients raving about your skills.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • 5 years of experience administering / supporting Windows Server 2012 through 2019 technologies including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.

  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications including O365, Teams, One Drive, Exchange Administration and MDM.

  • Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.

  • Hands-on skills with virtualization, familiar with cloud tools & infrastructure (Azure is a bonus!), backup solutions, and network storage.

  • Oversee WAN and LAN connectivity, configure routers and firewalls, and help implement network security protocols.
