About the Opportunity:
Talent Groups is seeking a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional to support a high-volume email marketing program for a major electric utility company with a residential customer base of over 4 million. This role is responsible for the coding, QA, personalization, segmentation, and deployment of 8 14 email campaigns per month.

We are looking for individuals who hold both the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications. This is a hands-on development and deployment role focused on building and launching email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Code send-ready HTML emails from provided design files
  • Use SFMC tools and scripting languages (AMPscript, etc.) to enable dynamic personalization and segmentation
  • Conduct QA testing on dynamic content, audience logic, and email rendering across platforms
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including test sends, stakeholder approvals, and revisions
  • Handle subscriber data management, imports, and segmentation strategies in SFMC
  • Validate targeting logic and ensure alignment with campaign objectives
  • Schedule and deploy email campaigns via SFMC
  • Monitor, analyze, and document campaign performance after deployment
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign setup, testing, and results

Qualifications:

  • Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required)
  • Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (required)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC and email campaign execution
  • Proficient in AMPscript, data extensions, dynamic content, and QA/testing tools
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale email deployments (200K+ recipients preferred)
