Mid-Level Visual Content/Graphic Designer (Tech/Retail/Ecom)

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

• Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Content Specialist to support a wide range of design needs across the organization.
• This role partners with multiple stakeholders to translate ideas into visually compelling materials that align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand visuals that make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute design requests from various teams across the organization.
• Create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and motion graphics for video content.
• Design and format one-pager PDFs, marketing collateral, and internal communication materials.
• Enhance and beautify presentation decks to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all visual content and ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Support internal communications through visually engaging content and templates.

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional design experience (corporate, agency, or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
