Job Details

Job Title: Mid-Level LMS Business Systems Analyst (Focus on Documentation and Analysis)

Location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Current State Analysis :
    • Conduct detailed assessments of documents of existing LMS systems, content vendor integrations, and business unit processes to understand current operations. This will require reviewing the documents as well as working with solution architect
    • Partner with QA team, solution architect to automate testing process

  1. Documentation:
    • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
    • Document existing/current workflows, configurations, and user interactions with the LMS
    • Maintain an organized repository of documentation for access by QA, offshore team, and business

  1. Testing and Validation:
    • Develop test plans and scenarios to validate current state solutions meet business requirements.
    • Create videos of test cases that QA will use for automation
    • Document test results and work with technical teams to resolve any issues.

  1. Gap Analysis:
    • Perform root cause analysis to address system inefficiencies and recommend improvements mainly around manual processes that can be automated in the current state

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
  • Experience with business systems, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently, be curious, persistent to gather information
