Role: ServiceNow - Service Mapping experienced BA
Duration: 6 Months
Location Remote (to work in CST/ EST time zone)
Identifying Business Services and business service offering
Interview application owners to identify business process and business process phases.
Document services
Build template for loading to CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Test in lower tiers
Validate in production
Build dashboards for visibility
