Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves working with advanced systems in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth operations and optimize configurations. Based in West Hartford, Connecticut, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex projects and streamline system processes.

Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Dayforce systems to ensure seamless functionality during team transitions.
Oversee payroll processes and address system adjustments to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate on integration points between Oracle and Dayforce systems to enhance connectivity.
Develop and implement client-side scripts to improve system performance and user experience.
Create and update business requirement documents to align with organizational needs.
Manage configuration settings to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
Conduct API development to integrate new tools and improve data flow.
Provide expertise in Salesforce development to support CRM enhancements.
Perform HRIS analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements.
Ensure all system updates and modifications adhere to compliance standards.

Requirements

Proven experience with Dayforce and Ceridian systems.
Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and API development.
Expertise in configuration management and business requirement documentation.
Familiarity with Salesforce development and CRM systems.
Background in HRIS analysis and optimization.
Ability to manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
