ReactJS Lead | Atlanta, GA (Onsite) | Open for Fulltime/Permanent or Contract

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers building enterprise-grade React applications
• Own the design, development, and delivery of high-quality UI features and components
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product, Backend, QA, and DevOps
• Enforce best practices, code standards, and performance optimization techniques
• Play a key role in architecture decisions and customer interactions

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of hands-on development experience in React and Next
• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router)
• Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Write unit tests for React components using testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Contribute to the development of integration and end-to-end tests for web applications
• Optimize components for performance across different devices and browsers
• Identify and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in React and related technologies
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall code quality
• Work effectively with other team members to achieve project goals
