PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements.
  • Test Case Design: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts.
  • Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • End-to-End Testing: Perform End-to-end testing across many systems in our environment including SaaS systems, Websites and Databases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
  • Experience writing and modifying SQL queries.
  • Experience using Postman and SoapUI to test API functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results.
  • High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies, including test management systems, version control,

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience testing Salesforce
  • Experience with Automation technologies like Cucumber and Selenium
