About the Role:
As a Software Engineer on a contingent assignment, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
- Participate in planning and execution of software deliverables, contributing to large-scale project initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of industry best practices, internal policies, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality code and processes.
- Partner with client stakeholders to align on technical goals and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in Java and building microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as ReactJS.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (K8s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
