M9 Solutions is seeking a SharePoint System Guest Access Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. ship is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise access and adoption of a Microsoft SharePoint system.
- Conduct executive level presentations, facilitation, client engagement, and customer engagement.
- Lead enterprise access roll-out planning and engagement across teams.
- Support development of communications and user documentation.
- Support development of system content.
- Conduct direct customer service, Tier-3 ticket management, and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: ship is required.
- Ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft tenant collaboration liaison (non-tech), enterprise data management, metrics management, and executive-level reporting.
- Experience with dependency and risk management.
- Results-driven cross-team management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft power platform/Power BI Service Now, and Microsoft Windows Azure active directory is preferred.
