Job Description:
- Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
- Data quality control and screening errors
- Statistical analysis and report generation
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.
- "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process.
- 4-6yrs of experience
Shift Hours: 630am-7pm
