Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract to Hire

 

Must have: Business Analysis with an Ecommerce, Salesforce (SFDC) and Zuora.

 

Job Description:

·        Should have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.

·        Must have 10+ years of experience in process analyst role, including substantial experience in Enterprise Applications (eg. ECommerce, Salesforce, ERP, Zuora etc.)

·        Strong knowledge in enterprise CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS / Cloud applications, with an enthusiasm to gain and apply new knowledge.

·        Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques.

·        Good understanding of business processes including CPQ, eCommerce, Contract, Subscription, ERP, Entitlement and Fulfilments systems.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.

·        Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.

·        Systems / Tools: Google Workplace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, calendar) MSFT Office Application Suite SFDC CPQ, Contracts and CRM modules

·        Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
